Specialists at iCore, together with Headwork Analytics expert center for infrastructural industries, completed an audit of the IT infrastructure. During this process, a component-wise analysis of the hardware and software complex architecture was done, including analysis of common business processes, IT functions and the organization level of user support.
During the audit, experts attentively studied existing IT related plans of action to achieve VTB Insurance’s strategic initiatives to provide uninterrupted operation of IT systems.
The conclusion prepared describes compliance of the IT infrastructure’s current state with the customer’s strategic goals and recommends its possible development.
During the audit, potential points of failure were detected, and an action plan was created, in order to eliminate business continuity risks related to IT infrastructure operation, and also a list of recommendations for upgrading IT systems and related business processes was made.
